The servo feeder is an automatic device integrating digital, mechanical and pneumatic, and plays an important role in the high-end stamping industry.
The servo feeder is also a relatively sophisticated instrument. If it is used improperly or for a long time during use, it is easy to cause mechanical failure. The installation failures caused by the installation are mostly caused by external equipment failure.
Problem: The relaxation device does not smoothly cause an alarm;
Solution:
1. Check if the mold is internally defined as a guide pin, carefully check and correct.
2. Observe whether there is any deviation in the feeding direction, and then check if the working direction is correct and the mold is normal.
3. The eccentric shaft and the loose shaft are oil-dead, use kerosene and add butter.
Problem: Unstable feeding causes an alarm;
Solution:
1. check the mold for problems
2. Check whether the air pressure reaches 0.45kgf/cm3 under the condition that the feeder continuously presses normally;
3. Whether the delivery time is correct;
4. check whether the motor is normal (basic can rule out such cases);
Problem: The irregularity of the feeding causes the alarm;
Solution:
1. Check whether the pressure plate is evenly stressed. If it is uneven, adjust the pressure of the relaxation device.
2. Whether the feeding mechanism used is pneumatically relaxed, check whether the air compressor pressure is normal.
3. Check whether the coils fed into the material rack are on the same level as the feeder and mold.
