When the high-speed roller feeder is in use, there are several inconveniences:
1. The aperture precision of the transmission sleeve component of the crankshaft of the eccentric connection is often combined with the long-term deflection movement and wear, and the effect of losing the pivoting movement must be replaced;
2. When adjusting the feed step of the material and adjusting the eccentric amount of the drive link to the crankshaft of the punch, the adjustable distance of the fixed length link is often limited, and the height of the crankshaft of the punch is higher than the average height of the punch. Time-consuming;
3. The power transmission of the crankshaft of the punching machine is only loaded by the ball bearing of the one-way bearing. It is often insufficient and often needs to be updated due to the impact wear; and the long-time operation of the high-speed feeding, the heating of the brake device and the inertia slip often occur;
4. Each time the high-speed punching type improves the looseness of the flipping friction, it is easy to wear, especially the punching and discharging device frequently hits the loosening rod, and the overhead touch is easy to deform and cannot be adjusted;
5. The middle section of the relaxation rod is a large-diameter and the two ends are pivoted on the wall section of the machine base to be a small-diameter stepped shaft. When the discharge rod is worn out or replaced, the wall of the machine base can be completely disassembled to be separated.
