The NC feeder consists of two parts: the feeding main body and the electric control box. There is a support rack, and two hoisting type retaining wheels are symmetrically arranged thereon to limit the material.
When the Ruihui NC feeder is actually used, the metal sheet to be processed is placed on the pallet, the electric control box is adjusted, the electric control box controls the rotation of the feeding drum, and the feeding roller drives the metal sheet to feed, during the feeding process, The metal sheet is lifted by the support roller on the pallet to reduce the friction.
The two symmetrical stopper wheels on the left and right can limit the material and avoid misalignment, thus ensuring punching, bending, cutting and the like on the metal sheet, and completing the entire workpiece with high efficiency and high precision. Processing.
