The improvement in detail is mainly reflected in the following three points: First, the traditional threaded knob is changed from the traditional threaded knob to the handle lifted retaining wheel, which helps the customer to position the material more quickly and accurately.
Secondly, the imported bearing steel is used to replace the traditional 45# steel in the processing of the feed roller, and it is heat treated, hard chrome plated and then precision ground to ensure its high wear resistance and long service life.
Finally, in the matching of the feeding electrical control system, the Japanese Mitsubishi PLC + Japan Yaskawa servo motor + Taiwan Weilun touch screen is used to form an optimized electronic control system, which fundamentally ensures ultra-high feeding accuracy, and the precision can reach ±0.01mm.
