Procedure of Coffee Milk Pod Thermoforming Filling Sealing Machine
Lower film loading: both rigid film and flexible film can be used.
Thermoforming: heated in forming die and formed into required trays.
Cutting: Easy tearing is made.
Filling: the formed trays are loaded automatically by the filling machine.
Upper film covering: optional code printer can be applied.
Sealing: only sealing.
Punch cutting: the packs are cut across the machine direction initially.
Conveying: end products will be discharged on conveyor.
Waste disposal: waste film rolling takes away the scrap.

Feature of Coffee Milk Pod Thermoforming Filling Sealing Machine
The complete machine is made of hard aluminum alloy and stainless steel, that greatly improves the corrosion resistance of the equipment;
Modular moulds are applied that can be replaced easily and the machine can be used for multiple purposes. The moulds are equipped with a water cooling system;
SMC or Festo pneumatic elements with reliable performance and long service life are applied; German BUSCH vacuum pumps with high extreme degree of vacuum and performance are fitted; OMRON servo motor with reliable performance and ease of operation is used;
With photoelectric registration, color sealing film or light film can be used for packaging to reduce the cost and increase the product grade;
Automatic code printing system can be provided according to the requirements of customers;
With special stainless steel holding chains, the packaging machine is applicable for extending and moulding of flexible film or rigid film of different thickness for special purpose packaging;
With advanced horizontal and longitudinal cutting systems, the machine’s replacement operation is more convenient. There is a scrap and waste recycling system to help maintain environmental cleanness.
