1. Full Automatic Screw Feeding Type Carrot Washing Peeling Machine

Working Principle of Screw Feeding Carrot Washing Peeling Machine

1. It uses attrition roller to peel off the deeper skin of vegetables&fruits, and the peeled material’s surface is very smooth.
2. While peeling the vegetable or fruit, there is high pressure water cleaning them at the same time.
3. Washed by the high pressure water, the dust attached on the surface of vegetables can be cleaned thoroughly, and vegetable skin can be peeled by the rollers and attrition.
4. After washing and peeling, the screw help it discharge the finished products automatically.

2. Peeled Carrot Selecting Conveyor

After carrot washing peeling, the unqualified carrot can be remove when it moving on this conveyor. This conveyor adopt food grade PVC material. The frame adopt SUS304 stainless steel made and the conveyor speed is adjustable

3. Carrot Chips Cutting Machine
