XD510 DC Motor Controller For Ride-On Scrubber-Dryer Control 5 Motors Simultaneously

Product Description:

DN28-XD510 is a mainstream MCU controller product designed specially of commercial scrubber-dryers and sweepers. It provides 5-in-1 integrated controlling of multiple motors (traction, brushes, vacuums…etc.) of one vehicle which brings great benefits for our customer of the cleaning machine industry.
It’s a mature and classic product widely used in the cleaning machine market for years and well recognized by our customer.

Full Featured

  1. It has the soft-start function which efficiently extends the life of motors used and improves user experience.
  2. It supports 9 x I/O switches input, 8 x NPN output, can apply to both potentiometer and Hall sensors.
  3. It has CAN interface and supports integration with IoT modules to realize remote monitoring of the vehicle.
  4. It has built-in regenerative braking recycle functions.
  5. Advanced motor control algorithm provides smooth starting and driving experience on a ramp.

Dobust & Reliability

  1. Internal main contactor provides secured power-off.
  2. Advanced MOSFET power section provides a smooth and seamless performance of motor controlling.
  3. Protection mechanisms are supported such as over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, over-temperature protections.
  4. Independent security controller is adopted for short-circuit protection, brake control interfaces with hardware watchdog.

Simple & Flexible

  1. XD510 as an integrated controlling solution can greatly simplify the wiring work for customer.
  2. Firmware automatic update via USB flash.
  3. Leading programmer (PC or Handheld) tools available for convenient parameter monitoring, programming and troubleshooting.
