The A2P controller features a dual-microprocessor structure enhanced by innovative design elements that significantly boost functionality and durability to meet contemporary industrial standards and operational demands.
A2P is highly compatible with leading motor and encoder brands and offers advanced programmable functionalities, making it versatile across numerous industry applications such as cleaning machines, material handling, and club cars, among others.

 

Features:

  1. The A2P controller offers a variety of output and voltage options, including 350A/400A/450A/550A and 24V/36V/48V configurations.
  2. Supports both serial and CAN communication protocols, facilitating broad deployment in various use cases.
  3. Accommodates a wide array of peripheral connections including small power outputs, throttle inputs, digital and 0-10V analog voltage outputs, and an isolated pulse output.
  4. Compatible with several types of encoders:
  • A/B incremental encoders;
  • A/B/I absolute encoders;
  • Sin/cos encoders;
  1. Capable of executing FOC control for all prevalent motor types such as ACIM, IPM (PMSM), and BLDC motors.
  2. Features technology for recognizing parameters in ACIM motors.
  3. Supports advanced triple-loop control systems (position, speed, and torque).
  4. Employs various proprietary and patented technologies including low-speed smoothing control and zero-calibration for position sensors in IPMSM/BLDC motors, enhancing the driving experience.
