Product Description:
XD4 is an integrated floor scrubber controller that combines traction, brush and vacuum motor control in one controller. It supports up to 10 input switches and 4 NPN outputs, catering various general floor scrubber requirements.
The CAN bus communication function within the system enables stable connectivity with IoT modules, facilitating the implementation of floor scrubber rental business model and remote monitoring functions.
XD4 operates under 24V voltage, with simple wiring connection between the controller and the LCD panel. It is reliable in quality, making it an ideal choice of controller for ride-on floor scrubbers.

It supports programmable control of up to five DC brushed motors.
10 input switches and 4 NPN outputs supported, while compatible with potentiometer and Hall accelerators.
Supports connection to the IoT via the CAN bus to fulfill the needs of floor scrubber rental and remote monitoring.
Built-in motor regenerative braking control function realizing the energy recycling for battery when the motor is decelerated, which will prolong the usage time of battery.
Enhanced performance by incorporating motor soft start, brush pressure adjustment, water flow regulation, runtime statistics, fault indication, and other functions.
