Dc Motor Controller EPS-D0C 24V 100A Simple And Flexible Electronic Power Steering (EPS)

Product Description:

EPS-D0C is an DC brushed motor controller that applies specially for permanent magnetic motors. It’s used as the Electric Power Steering (EPS) component of a vehicle as so-called “steering system controller”. It interprets the steering commands input and wheel positions’ feedback into controlling signals that drives the steering motor to move the steering wheel to the desired position.
EPS-D0C supports CAN communication protocols. It can either work together with DALA AC traction motor controllers or work along in various industrial vehicles to realize the steering functions only.

Motor Control

  1. Both working modes are supported: absolute and relative position control
  2. PWM technology is supported which can improve the efficiency of motor controlling.
  3. The advanced closed-loop motor control algorithm based on DALA accumulated expertise provides outstanding position control performance.

Safe & Reliable

  1. The product utilizes dual steering command inputs mechanism.
  2. Through the CAN communication commands, the traction motor controller can put limit to traction motor speed according to the angle of the steering wheel.
  3. Periodic Self-Tests mechanism is adopted for various key components such as Flash, EEPROM parameters, Motor Open sensor + V power supply.

Simple & Flexible

  1. External LED status lights are utilized to provide efficient fault diagnosis.
  2. Support integrated hour meter function.
  3. Simple programming and easy system diagnostics or monitoring functions are available by DALA handheld and PC-based programmer tools.

Robust Reliability

  1. IP65-standard-complied sealing technologies for the product.
  2. Standard Molex Connector is adopted in the product.
  3. Battery polarity protection and short-circuit protection for input ports.
  4. Intelligent thermal cutback and over / under voltage protection
  5. Steering command input supports dual-channel complementary analog sensors.
  6. Multiple and optional homing modes available.
