The A6E controller stands as the most advanced model in our AC motor controller series, featuring a Cortex-M4F core processor that operates at the peak frequency of 240MHz.

Reflecting the design elements of our A0E, A2E, and A4E series, the A6E controller incorporates a dual-microprocessor architecture and maintains strong compatibility with external motors and encoders. This versatility allows it to efficiently operate in both traction and pump functions across multiple sectors, including those involving cleaning devices, forklifts, sightseeing buses, and club carts.

 

Features:

  1. The A6E model delivers output capacities from 500A to 1000A and supports a voltage range from 24V to 144V, ensuring versatility across various electrical systems.
  2. This controller is outfitted with both Serial and CAN interfaces, enhancing its utility in a multitude of customer applications.
  3. It boasts an array of connection possibilities, including interfaces for both analog and digital outputs, specialized throttle and isolated outputs, and additional low-power output capabilities.
  4. Supports an extensive range of encoder options, such as incremental A/B, absolute A/B/I, and Sin/cos encoders, facilitating broad compatibility.
  5. Utilizes advanced FOC control to efficiently manage prevalent types of electric motors—ACIM, PMSM (IPM), and BLDC—leveraging our proprietary software.
  6. Features exclusive, patented technologies that enhance the precision of speed, position, and torque control across diverse operational conditions.
