Product Description:
The A4E series controller has robust safety and reliability that is up to the latest international safety standard by adopting an industrial advanced Dual Microprocessor architecture and designed under multiple international safety standards.
The A4E series product has also excellent flexibility which enables it to be compatible with majority types of motors and encoders on the global market, and from software functional perspective it’s programmable for either traction or pumps applications in the vehicle, making it a widely used product in many scenarios of multiple industries.
Features:
Comparing with A0E & A2E, the A4E controller has even richer kinds of models that applies to a broader application scenario: 400A/450A/550A/700A output and working voltages of 24V/48V/80V/96V/144V.
It has passed multiple certifications: EN 13849-1:2015, EN1175-2020 and TSG-81:2022.
Supports both Serial and CAN communication, ensures a higher compatibility.
Designed with rich kinds of peripheral connections such as small power outputs, throttle inputs, digital inputs, analog voltage output, etc. which enables wide and flexible application scenarios for customer.
It has equipped with larger number of MOSFETs and capacitors than most of our competitors, which provides stronger discharge capacity.
It adopts C2000+, Cortex-M0+ processor.
Safety and Reliability
The isolated CAN interface ensures a higher reliability.
Advanced failure detection for power supply component is adopted to ensure the safety when power failure happens.
Rich kinds of protection measures are adopted: Over-voltage cutback, thermal cutback, short-circuit protection, etc., following the latest industrial practice.
It’s isolated minus-voltage driven, which provide an improved traction drive reliability.
