Hydraulic system: proportional pressure control, equipped with famous brand hydraulic components, which are stable and reliable.

Material injection: Independent single (large) oil cylinder injection to ensure the concentricity of the injection material, and absolutely avoid the asynchronous phenomenon of double oil cylinders. Tongda's unique technology:10-stage pressure wall thickness control function, which reduces the difference in the upper and lower widths of the parison due to vertical stretching, so that improves the uniformity of product wall thickness.

Equipped with servo motor for oil pump, can save about 10 kWh of electricity per hour. The longer cycle of the product, the more significant energy saving effect is.
