CYSUM and RICH BIT are our brands. We started to produce electric bikes since 2010, and researched and developed several popular models like fat tire ebike with production capacity of 500-1000 units per month.
CYSUM and RICH BIT electric bikes have special design different from other suppliers, more beautiful color choices and some patented frame structure. Some models like RICH BIT TOP-022 already got some fame in some EU countries, most clients knew this model and brand.

2015 - Mainly exported electric fat bikes to Europe countries like UK, France, Spain and so on.

Strict Quality Control of Production
1 Raw material control At our loacl area, there are many raw material manufacturers and we keep good relationship with them, we have large and stable purchase quantity from them and they guarantee to supply stable quality material to us. They arranged a person who only responsible for our material's production and delivery to make sure safe quality.
2 Workshop Our staffs will pay more attention while assembling spare parts, we can discover problems timely and then solve them quickly. Each steps have related standard to check everything, like frame to check appearance, like throttle to check its completeness and function.
3 Quality Control QC in workshop Four supevisors will check to make sure products meet quality QC in packaging Workers check whether the packs contain hair and dust before making packaging.
4 Quality Complain If any customers make quality complains, we will forwarder it to our service team. They will report directly to our factory manager.Usually we will hold a meeting with production, purchasing and packaging departments in 24 hours, and will response in 48 hours with feedback and solution.
