INA LR5003-2RS Track Roller Bearing (also named Track Runner Bearings) is special kind of needle roller bearings design. this kinds of roller Bearings consist of incorporating needle rollers with a stud enclosed in a thick outer ring , Hexagon Socket , cage , stud , side plate , seals , needle roller , Track Roller Bearing and Cam Followers are available in two types ; one with a cage suitable for high speed , and the other with a full   complement for heavy loads, but not so high speed , INA LR5003-2RS Track Roller Bearing are available in the standard types which have a screwdriver slot built into a stud head , while the outer rings have a cylindrical outside surface .

The metric series stud-type track roller is a non-separable unit – consisting of a large radial cross section outer ring, radial needle roller and cage assembly, or a full complement of needle or cylindrical rollers, a stud and a retaining washer securely fastened to the stud.

The seals on the sealed stud-type track rollers are located in the counterbores of the outer ring and seal against the stud flange and the retaining washer, providing good retention of lubricant and exclusion of foreign material. The seals are thermally stable in a temperature range between -30˚ C and 110˚ C (-25˚ F and 225˚ F).

A screwdriver slot (standard) or a hexagonal wrench socket (customer requested) in the head of the stud facilitates mounting. Wrench sizes are listed on the dimensional tables where found among certain GC Series sizes, beginning on page B-228. Other metric series hexagonal socket sizes are listed in Table B-29.

The internal design of INA LR5003-2RS track roller bearing is the same as in single row or double-row angular contact ball bearings , the units can carry axial loads in both directions and , due to the thickness of outer ring , large radial loads . the standard product are produced from high quality bearing steel , with a hardness of 58 to 62 HRC. Some types are also available in stainless steel (440C) with hardness Higher than 58 HRC. the track rollers bearings are produced with standard tolerances and standard clearance . the track roller bearings are produced in two distinct families . cylindrical or crowned outer ring and profiled outer ring , this bearing are available in single and double row design, they are available with straight cylindrical OD or crowned profile OD , the crowned OD is used to reduce the edge stresses caused by possible misalignment errors , the cylindrical OD can provide increased support due to the longer contact profile .
