Production process:

1. The designer finish 3D modeling in the computer according to the customer's requirements.

2. The carved master engrave the sample by CNC engraving and milling machine.

3. The mould engineer make a steel mold by sample.

4. The workers produce the custom trophies by casting-mold.

5. The workers polish smooth about the surface of trophies.

6. Electroplating in different color.

7. Our QC department check quality of each trophy.

8. Packing each trophy well with foam bag and custom nice gift box.

order step:

Firstly, confirming the design picture.

A: The clients can offer us customized design picture.

B: We can make the design picture according to the client's requirements.

Secondly, Making the mold and sample after the design picture confirmed.

Thirdly, confirming the sample with clients. The clients can check the quality,the design, the material, the size,the package and other details.

Fourthly, we produce the custom trophy cups according to the qualified the sample. We promise the goods will be 100% the same with the sample.

Fifthly, Checking the quality by our conscientious QC department.

Sixthly, Packing each custom trophy cup very well.

Seventhly, deliverying the goods by air or by sea.

A: As usual, we delivery the goods by air if the quantity is small and the weight is light.

B: We choose to delivery the goods by sea if the quantity is large and the weight is heavy.

C: The clients decides it directly.

Lastly, we will keep offer the after-sales services.

A: We will keep tracking the goods until the customers receive all the custom trophy cups.

B: We will offer the free replenishment service if any goods quality problem.

Payment:

1. We accept payment of L/C, D/P, D/A, Western Union, T/T, Paypal and so on.

2. You choose our original design or you offer us your custom design picture, we will make 3D design picture to confirm with you. Then you need pay 30% deposit for us, we take photos for you after goods finished, you pay 70% balance before shipping.

There are two kinds of package in our factory. It depends on your choice.

1. The free package: foam bag firstly, then into carton box.

2. The charge package: foam bag firstly, then into custom gift box, wooden frame at last.
