How to customize ?
Step 1
Design and send an artwork proof to you back.
Step 2
Once we receiving your confirmation of the artwork proof, we will proceed to the mould tooling.
Step 3
We use the mould to create semi-finished products and then they will go to polishing / plating /
attachment fixing / colour injection / inspection / packing.
Q1. Can I get some samples?
A1: Yes, sample orders welcomed!
Q2. Could I use my own LOGO or design on goods?
A2: Yes, customized logo and design on mass production are available.
Q3. Can I choose the colours?
A3: Yes, customized colours are available.
Q4. What is the delivery time?
A4: Normally 2 to 7 days for sampling and 45 days for mass production.
Q5. What is the payment terms?
A5: T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union, Paypal, etc.
Q6. May I visit your factory?
A6: Sure, welcome any time. We can also pick you up at the airport and station.
Payment:
1. We accept payment of L/C, D/P, D/A, Western Union, T/T, Paypal and so on.

2. You choose our original design or you offer us your custom design picture, we will make 3D design picture to confirm with you. Then you need pay 30% deposit for us, we take photos for you after goods finished, you pay 70% balance before shipping.

There are two kinds of package in our factory. It depends on your choice.
1. The free package: foam bag firstly, then into carton box.
2. The charge package: foam bag firstly, then into custom gift box, wooden frame at last.
