The Production Process Of Environmentally Friendly Sports Shoes
1. Tailoring.
The raw material is cut into small pieces for shoe uppers.
2. Processing.
The processing of environmentally friendly sports shoes mainly includes printing, electric embroidery, high frequency, and seam-free.
3. Needle car.
Needle car is the process of stitching different parts and different sheets together by needle car, and then turning out the upper.
4. Add soles.
Bottoming is the process of bonding bottom components together with a finish and glue.
5. Molding.
Molding is the process of bonding the car's upper and outsole together with treatments and glue.
