DIN929 environmental protection blue and white zinc hexagonal spot welding nut.
Description
Welding nut is the material (same or different) of the workpiece to be welded. It is by heating or pressurizing or both, and with or without filling material, the material of the workpiece can reach the atomic construction and form a permanent connection.
The difference between blue zinc plating and blue white zinc plating:
1. Appearance color: blue zinc plating is blue, blue white zinc plating is silver white.
2. Corrosion resistance: the corrosion resistance of blue zinc plating is greater than that of blue white zinc plating.
Blue-white zinc plating is electro-galvanized. Electro-galvanization is originally white. After blue plating, it is blue-white zinc plating. Compared with other metals, it is relatively cheap and easy to be plated. It is a low-value anti-corrosion electroplating layer. It is widely used to protect steel parts, especially to prevent atmospheric corrosion, and for decoration.
To prevent some ironware from rusting, it uses the principle that energized conductors will adsorb atoms in the solution. The surface of the ironware is plated with a thin layer of zinc, which can be blue and white zinc, or black zinc, and color according to requirements. Zinc and so on. Colored galvanized passivation film is mostly used in industrial parts, and colorless galvanized passivation film is mostly used in daily hardware, construction hardware and other products that require a white uniform surface.
