This bending machine is special designed for production 0.15-0.3mm thickness corrugated Roof panel. With thickness roof panel lower cost, it is very popular in the world market. The advantage by the rolling machine is easy to obtain the good shape corrugation sheets, and easy operation. This sine wave roof profile are described in terms of pitch (the distance between two crests) and depth (the height from the top of a crest to the bottom of a trough). Almost all the corrugated iron sheet produced has the same pitch of 3 inches (76 mm). With the growth in the building industry there is currently such a huge demand for IBR and corrugated iron roof sheeting that it has culminated in shortages of ‘cromodek’ of up to a year. The raw materials are readily available there is simply not enough manufacturing capacity to meet demand.

The Corrugated Steel Bending Machine is specifically designed to roll corrugated sheets of galvanized steel thickness from 0.18 to 0.3mm. The bending rollers and pinching rolls are driven by independent hydraulic motors. Raising and lowering of the pinching roll is also accomplished by hydraulic motor/ worm and pinion gearboxes. The drop-end is manual, the hydraulic version is optional.
