About motor

(1) Wifi motor use 100~240V power, it has a cable and need a power stocket near window.
You can control wifi motor directly by Tuya App and remote control. If you have Google home

or Amazon Echo device, you can voice control wifi motor by Google assistant or Amazon Alexa.

For example: you speak "Alexa turn on the blinds 70%, then wifi motor will work for you". You

can set time to open and close.

(2) Rechargeable motor and normal motor, it can't connect wifi directly, so it can't Tuya App, Google

assistant and Amazon Alexa.

But you can buy Broadlink RM4 PRO device as connector which support RF 433MHZ. Broadlink

receives wifi signal, then it send radio RF 433MHZ to control rechargeable motor or normal motor

(1). Warranty period of motor is 3 years, remote control, other parts and manual prodcts are 1 year.
(2). If you find out any quality issue after you receive our products, you don't need to send it back to us repair, we will provide new parts to you to replace.
Time range after you receive our products
(3). Within 3 months: it is free courier fee
(4). From 4 months to 6 months: you need to bear half courier fee.
(5). From 7 months to 3 years: you need to bear full courier fee.
Remarks:
Customized product can not be returned. If our product is damaged by couriers, please keep the carton, we will inform courier go to check it.

A: ETD 1-5 days for stock products. ETD 20-30 days for Customized products.
