Q1: Are you manufacturer or trading company?
A1. Yes, we are manufacturer with 22 years abundant experience in manufacturing manual and motorized curtain rod, curtain pole, curtain pipe, curtain trak, curtain rail and curtain accessories.
Q2: How to get a sample?
A2. 1) We can make electric curtain rod sample according to customer's requirement.
2) But customer need to pay the electric curtain rod sample cost and shipping cost for the electric curtain rod sample.
3) Electric curtain rod sample charges will be refunded to the customer when placing mass order.
Q3: How to pack the products? Can we customized?
A3. Normal packing: each curtain rod, curtain pole, curtain pipe, curtain rail, curtain track in plastic bag, 20pcs/40pcs as a bundle with woven outside, accessories and curtain motors separately packing in cartons.
Yes, we can also pack the electric curtain rod on customer's request.
Q4: What’s your MOQ?
A4. Usually, 5sets for electric curtain rod set. But for trial order, qty can be discussed and in lower MOQ.
Q5: What’s your payment terms?
A5. Payment terms: T/T 30% as deposit, 70% balance paid before shipment.
