720 hours accelerated load test and 2000 hours durabilitty test.Finished cylinder liner is dismountable and its
maintenance is convenient.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
The emission requirements o fnon-road diesel engines have been meet,and some products hanveachieved
the U.S.EPA,EuropeE-mark,India CPCB and ohter emission standars.
LOW FUEL CONSUMPTION
Low specific fuel consumption,specific oil consumption and steady state speed regulation.The oil and fuel
consumption ratio is less than0.2%in bench test,and which has reached the advanced level in the small
engine industry.

14 . Rigorous testing must be done before delivery, including 50% load, 75% load, 100% load, 110% load and all protection function
( over speed stop, high water temperature, low oil pressure, battery charging fail, emergency stop).
15 . Quality warranty is according to our standard conditions: 12 months from date of bill of lading or 1000 hours of running.
16 . Standard accessory include silencer, expansion joint, asbestos pad, anti-vibration sheet, tool kit etc.

Q : What is the difference between Prime power and Standby power ?
A : Prime power is 12hours continous power , one hour 10% over load in every 12 running hours is allowed .
Standby power is the limit value of maximum output for emergency use . Overloading is prohibited
