According to the different welding technology of high frequency straight seam welded steel pipe can be divided into straight seam high frequency resistance welded steel pipe and straight seam high frequency inductionwelded steel pipe.The forming process generally adopts the rolling cold forming method.The diameter of high frequency straight seam welded steel pipe is generally small, generally below 660mm or 26in outside diameter.It is characterized by high welding speed. For example, for steel pipes with an outside diameter of less than 1 inch, the welding speed can be up to 200 meters per minute.For 25 inch pipe with outside diameter, the welding speed can be more than 20 m/min.
