Scope of application
Copper wire welding between the molded case circuit breaker magnetic components.
1. Adopt independently developed inverter control system, which ismore environmentally friendly and energy-saving, and the welding quality ishigher;
2. FeSTO servo motor isadopted for precise displacement ofthe working position, and the built-in cylinder clamping workpiece ofthe tooling ishigher and more reliable;
3, the use ofproportional valves, displacement sensors and other sensors tojudge the quality ofwelding, photoelectric / laser sensor tojudge the position ofthe copper wire ofthe workpiece;
4. The use ofFESTO brand pneumatic components, Siemens PLC, touch screen and other large brand components toimprove the stability ofwelding machine work and ensure product quality;
5. The equipment is equipped with safety protection devices such as transformer temperature rise detection, cooling water flow detection, compressed air intake pressure detection, displacement sensor, safety light grid and so on. Ensure that the equipment can operate for a long time, efficiently and safely;
6. The tooling structure is modular, which is easy to repair and replace. Bearing guidance ofeach locator, protective design oflocator block toreduce damage tothe surface ofthe workpiece;
7. The welding head adopts floating structure, which can beautomatically aligned, and the workpiece will not bedeformed bythe electrode after the electrode isworn;
8. Passive brazing feeding system is adopted to automatically quantify, time and fixed point to send brazing. Before sending the brazing, use the paddle to increase the spacing between the copper wires. It has the function of automatic construction of the bending part of the end of the filler after welding. Make the feed more stable and reliable, and greatly reduce the failure rate ofthe machine.
