Low temperature flange globe valve can be divided into long axis and short axis. It is suitable for the management system of cryogenic liquid storage and transportation equipment. The material of the extended rod low temperature globe valve to work at low temperature should ensure its low temperature performance, mainly to ensure its cold impact strength. The internal parts of low-temperature valves must be properly selected so that they have sufficient cold impact strength to prevent fracture. The alloy steel of C and Cr quickly loses its impact strength when it is below -20℃, so the service temperature is limited to -30℃ and -50℃, respectively. Nickel steel with a Ni content of 3.5% can be used up to -100°C, and nickel steel with a Ni content of 9% can be used up to -196°C.

The sealing surface is not easy to be worn and scratched, and the sealing is good. There is no relative sliding between the valve flap and the sealing surface of the valve body when opening and closing, so the wear and scratch are not serious, the sealing performance is good, and the service life is long. 3. When opening and closing, the flap travel is small, so the height of the cut-off valve is smaller than that of the gate valve, but the structural length is longer than the gate valve.
Installation and maintenanceThe installation and maintenance of the high-pressure globe valve should pay attention to the following matters:The shut-off valve operated by hand wheel and handle can be installed at any position of the pipeline.Handwheels, handles and moving mechanisms are not allowed for lifting.The flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the arrow direction shown in the valve body.
