Q1: I want to buy air separation Oxygen liquid Nitrogen liquid and Argon liquid. Pls send me price?/I am interested in your air separation plant, pls send all your specification to me. Pls give me the proposal of all your air separation plants.

Re: We really appreciate your enquiry on our air separation plant. In order to provide you the right plant, we need to get more information from your side. Pls check the attachment and fill in the air separation plant questionnaire, which will help our engineer to know more about your specified requirement.

Q2: Do you have customers in our country?/ Have you ever sold the plant to our country?

Re: Yes, we have already sold several sets to your countries. However, we all sold them to the agents, so we don’t know which company exactly use our plants. Enclosed you can find small parts of our customers reference. If you come to visit our factory, we will take you to visit our customer’s site.

Q3: Does your quotation include installation cost?

 Re: Actually, our quotation excludes the installation cost. However, we can send engineers to guide you do the live installation and also the commissioning. Your side needs to be responsible for the engineer’s round-trip air tickets, traffic fee, food, communication, insurance and accommodation. Besides, there will be 200USD allowance per day for each person by your side.

Q4: Can you provide the drawings of your plant?

Re: Normally, our equipment system drawing will be provided to our customer in several months after the order is confirmed. However, we can provide you some drawings, which belongs to our old customers. By the way, here, I need to remind you that, our company only provides the engineering design drawings. But the civil design drawings will be out of our range. Every place has different situation, your side needs to find civil design company in your local market to do the drawings according to your specified environment.

Q5: How’s the producing time and delivery time??

Re: Normally, our production time is 6 months. But it also depends on the capacity you require. The bigger the plant, the longer time for production. Please also note that when the plant is finished, we need to wait for bulk vessel. It’s very common to wait for one or two months to find the right vessel.

6.Q: What about warranty?

Re: Our warranty time is 1 year Quality requirements, technical standards, the responsibility for the quality of products and warranty period: Manufacture, testing, acceptance per China National Standard. Equipment warranty is 12 months from the date on which the equipment is applied successfully into operation, or 14 months from the date on which the equipment has been delivered, whichever comes first. Generally speaking, our air separation unit can work normally for 15-20 years if it is maintained properly. As a leading brand in China with over 40 years history, reliability and stability of our ASU is much better than small young companies.

Q7: I want the plant which can produce Oxygen xxxx nm3/h, Nitrogen xxx nm3/h, pls send me the price.

Re: Please kindly advise whether you need the plant to produce Oxygen and Nitrogen at the same time. Or you want the plant to produce Oxygen and Nitrogen alternatively? These two proposal designs and costs are totally different. In order to increase our engineer’s working efficiency, you’d better inform us your final decision. Here, we highly recommend the latter proposal, which is high efficient and economical for you. Most of our customers choose latter proposal.   

Q8: How long we need to do the maintenance after we start running the plant?

Re: Normally, we suggest our customer to do the maintenance after running 1 year. And the air separation plant can restart to work in 24 hours. 

Q9: What’s the brand of your compressor?

Re: It’s up to the client. We can either use top Chinese brand or world-famous brand, such as Atlas or Ingersoll Rand compressor  .

Q10.Can you tell me the CBM of the whole air separation plant?

Re: Currently we can only give you an estimated CBM figure. Before the whole sets are finished, we are not sure about the exact CBM, bcs many things together makes CBM change.
