Features:
Stone Cone crusher is suitable for crushing hard and mid-hard ores and rocks. The features of stone cone crushers are: reliable structure, high productivity, easy adjustment, economic cost etc.
Type of crushing chamber depends on application of the ores. Standard type(PYZ) applies to middle crushing; middle type ( PYD ) applies to middle-fine crushing. short-head type is suitable for fine crushing. stone cone crusher is applicable for crushing various rocks and ores with medium hardness.Stone cone crusher is widely used in metallurgical, construction, utilities, transport, chemicals, building materials industry, for breaking hard, medium hardness of the above various ores and rocks.
Working principle
PY stone cone crusher consists of frame, transmission device, hollow eccentric shaft, bowl-shaped bearing, crushing cone, stones and hydraulic pressure station for adjusting discharge opening.
During operation, the motor drives the eccentric shaft shell to turn around through ahorizontal axle and a pair of bevel gear. The axle of crushing cone swings with the force of eccentric shaft shell so that the surface of the crushing wall is close to the roll mortar wall from time to time. In this way, the ores and rocks will be pressed and crooked and crushed.
