Product description

Copper sleeve is one of the small but indispensable parts of the crusher. We can hardly see its existence in the crusher, so how does it work?
Working principle of copper sleeve of crusher:
the motor drives the small gear of crusher, the small gear drives the big gear, the big gear assembly (big gear, big gear rack, eccentric steel sleeve) drives the eccentric sleeve assembly (eccentric cylinder liner, eccentric crusher copper sleeve) and the main shaft assembly (main shaft, inner cone, inner cone liner) to revolve in the copper sleeve with the theoretical vertical line as the center, and the main shaft assembly is in the eccentric copper sleeve Rotation can be realized by the center line of the main shaft in the sleeve.
When the machine is running empty, the eccentric sleeve assembly "holds" the main shaft assembly and rotates with the big gear. When the material is added to the crushing chamber, the main shaft assembly (main shaft, inner cone) rotates slowly in the copper sleeve of the eccentric crusher under the resistance of the material. The inner cone seems to swing back and forth in the crushing chamber, and rotate slowly at the same time. The material is crushed by the swaying inner cone. The connection between the support sleeve and the frame body is compressed by the hydraulic cylinder. When the crusher falls into the non crushing objects such as metal blocks, the moving cone of the single cylinder is supported by the hydraulic piston at the bottom, which plays the role of adjusting the discharge port, protecting the iron passing, repeatedly rising and falling and removing the ore blocking.
