1, Production process of copper products

2, Precautions during production

When we plating copper on castings, we should pay attention to the uniform distribution of color. After copper plating, we can pick up the whole parts and shake them to ensure that the color is uniform and the quality is good. The plating method should be adopted, because silver is more difficult to attach to the object surface than copper, and the time of silver plating is generally controlled at about five minutes; after silver plating, passivation treatment and cleaning, drying should be carried out immediately.
