Product description
The bearing bush is the contact part between the sliding bearing and the shaft, which is very smooth. It is generally made of bronze, antifriction alloy and other materials. In special cases, it can be made of wood, plastic or rubber. Also known as "bushing", the shape of the semi-circular cylindrical copper bearing.
The copper bearing bush is used to support the rotating parts and transmit the generated load to the body of the equipment. The working condition of the bearing bush not only directly affects the machining accuracy of the equipment, but also affects its service life and efficiency.
The bearing bush material is usually soft, and the inner cylinder surface is not suitable for grinding. It can be processed by boring, diamond boring, scraping or grinding. When grinding, do not use the method of matching with the shaft diameter, but use a special grinding rod with the same size as the bearing pad hole.It is very smooth, generally made of wear-resistant materials such as bronze and antifriction alloy. In special cases, it can be made of wood, engineering plastics or rubber.

Product application

5: Ensure the cleanliness of the installation;
6: Regular maintenance shall be carried out according to the requirements to prevent damage to bearing bush caused by oil deterioration, because the oil will form certain acid substance after one stage of operation.
