Flanged copper sleeve
It is a kind of bearing lubricated by oil gushing from oil groove. The product has the function of traditional tin bronze bearing. Because of the use of high-strength brass (zcuzn25al6), its HB hardness has been doubled. Therefore, the service life of the product in low-speed situation can be doubled than that of the general bronze sleeve, and its bearing pressure is large, so it can be used in heavy-duty situation. At present, the product is mainly used in the stress joint of excavator and large gear box.
Flanging copper sleeve has self-lubricating and non self-lubricating. There are flanging and non flanging for self-lubricating bearings.
Generally speaking, flanging sleeve and self-lubricating bearing belong to sliding bearing, which is their common point. Flanging is a kind of oil-free bushing. One end of flanging is flanged.

The standard of flanging oil-free self-lubricating bearing is GB / T 12613
It is made up of four layers. The mixture of PTFE and fiber is 0.01-0.03mm, which can form a good transfer film to protect the grinding shaft and provide the self-lubricating property of the bearing. 2. The copper powder layer is 0.20-0.35mm, which has good bearing capacity and wear resistance, and good thermal conductivity can timely transfer the heat generated in the bearing operation process. The composite material can penetrate into the gap of copper powder ball and improve the bonding strength. 3. Low carbon steel provides good bearing capacity and heat transfer. 4. 0.002mm copper / tin electrodeposited layer for better corrosion resistance.
