Electrostatic dust print lifting plate
Purpose
Used for the electrostatic dust print lifter to lift the dust print on the soft surface.

The front of the lifting mat is completely covered with a black insulating plastic sheet, the back of the mat is wrapped with black insulating strips (15mm wide) on four sides, leaving a 300 x 170mm uncovered aluminum area in the center.
Working principle
The anode of the electrostatic dust print lifter connects the uncovered aluminum plate on the back, then the static charges flow into the aluminum plate. Since the four sides of the aluminum plate are covered with insulating plastic strips, the static charges can be kept in the aluminum plate. The static charges generate an electric field, which polarizes the dust under the lifting film and then adsorbs the dust print to the black plastic film.
Method
Use the front surface (completely covered with a black insulating plastic sheet) of the lifting mat to cover the dust print and connect the anode plate of the lifter to the uncovered aluminum plate for charging, then press the lifter firmly to make the lifting mat adhere to the soft surface firmly. Charge for 10 seconds and then turn off the lifter. Pick up the lifting mat, and the dust print on the front is visible.
