Description:
The clamped on wire rope tension transducer RH-EC is a low cost load cell specially designed to measure the tension force on hoisting or crane wire rope. Easy installation does not require the hoist to be dismantled nor modified, and RH-EC rope load sensor covers a large range of rope from 8 to 21 mm in diameter and loads of 2000kg to 5000kg individual rope (under the condition of roping:1:, the lifting capacity depending on the rope reeving falls) Together with a load control unit (OMS-370C, SUMT-QZX(B),OMS-350, OMS-160) and a digital display scoreboard, this wire rope clamped load sensors constitute a complete overload control system for visualizing and continuously monitoring loads and detecting overloads
Application:
The wire rope load cell sensor is recommended for measuring load and overload to ensure the safety of industrial lifting installations, overhead cranes, winches and hoists. It is perfectly suitable for implementation on existing lifting systems in order to upgrade in compliance with actual safety standards without any heavy modification. It is recommend to be used with a overload control unit (OMS-370C, SUMT-QZX(B)) easily coupled with a LED digital display scoreboard with 9 digits or 6digits (red colour)
