Technical support and service

1. Top-quality machines are accompanied with top-level services. The seller shall reply the buyer within 8 hours after receiving the buyer’s correspondence. If the service arriving at buyer’s site is requested, the seller shall dispatch the technicians who shall commonly get to the buyer’s site according to the appointed time by both parties.

2. The seller should provide training and installation at the buyer’s site, and buyer is in charge of the accommodation, air ticket, visa and salary of the seller’s engineer.

• Carbonated drink rinsing, filling, capping monoblock

This machine is composed of auto-bottle washing machine, counter pressure bottle filling machine and capping machine.

Work process

The bottle feed into the machine by the conveyor belt are divided into regular intervals into the star wheel washing bottle machine. Bottles will be inverted by the clip to complete the bottle, and then feed the bottle into the filling machine star wheel. Star round the bottle onto the platform of the lifting devices and are covered by the cover device then the upgrade installation will make the bottles up then fill the bottle into the filling valve to CO2 injection,carbonated drink filling, exhaust and the like filling process.

After the filling process is complete, the lift equipment goes down, then, the bottles are sent through the guide plate to the bottle capper for capping. When the capping is finished, the bottle-out star wheel will transfer the finished bottles to the bottle conveyor chain.

Technical advantage

The machine adopts the conveying structure of blocking the bottleneck in suspension type, entering bottle adopts the device by the air, in the department of washing, filling bottle, using the elastic forceps holder to hold the bottleneck, and then make the whole machine steady and reliable in the moving process, adapting the high speed operation of the machine.
