Description Stainless steel micro brewery wine / beer Conical fermentation tank
stainless steel fermenters can be individually temperature controlled through glycol
jackets and are mostly equipped with accessories such as overpressure and under pressure
valve, CIP cleaning jet, sanitary sample valve, manhole,etc. The design of TBE fermenters is
based on our vast beer knowledge and especially the conical fermenter bottom and the fact
that we combine fermentation and maturation in the same vessel is very important.
When calculating your fermenting and lagering capacity and configuration sufficient time for
fermenting and lagering to produce quality beers must be taken into consideration.
Shandong Zhunhuang Brewing Equipment Co., Ltd has many years experience of fermentation tank and bright beer tank production and installation.Our products can be based on the customer's differentrequirements to design different technology,and we can produce the products in accordance with the American technology and Germany technology to meet the customer's needs. The tank inner is made of high quality stainless steel 304. We use stainless steel polishing, matte finish, electroplating, copper and other forms for product outer according to customers' requirements. Our products are beautiful in appearance and durable in use. The manhole, CIP cleaning ball, thermometer interface, sampling port,etc. are fully prepared, and the 60 degrees shape design of the small cone bottom can effectively improve the precipitation of brewer's yeast. Also, it' s adopts the international beer standardization brewing production technology, real-time online data detection and realize remote monitoring.
Equipment Sturcture:
Mash lauter tank with 3mm SUS304 interior shell, 2B finished surface, top with quick-open ordinary pressure manway, 15°cone bottom with outlet port. Self-made filter sieve plate, side out manhole, Middle of the tank with PT100 temperature probe, thickness of rock wool is 50mm, Exterior shell with 2mm SUS 304, drawbench finished surface. Kettle whirlpool tun with 3mm SUS304 interior shell, 2B finished surface, top with quick-open ordinary pressure manway, 15°cone bottom with blow-down and side with outlet. Middle of the tank with electrical heated tube and temperature probe, thickness of rock wool is 50mm, Exterior shell with 2mm SUS 304, drawbench finished surface.
Control box used to control pump, show and control mash and kettle temperature, removable plate heat exchange, wort oxygen fixture which will show outlet temperature. All equipment fixed on mobile platform.
