Product Description
•The automatic pillow filling machine is assembled by a bale breaker, fiber opening machine and double slot filling system along with weighing device, recycle system.
•It can be handled by 1 operator working at the double slot filling device that is controlled by PLC automatically.
•Put 1 or 2 bales of raw material into the bale breaker that will be transported to the next program automatically; as soon as the fiber is opened, the fiber will be filled into the pillow case directly in order to avoid blocking.
•The operator need put the finished pillow on the weighing device and take off the extra fiber and put into the recycle device.
•An tolerance alarm system will give signal to the operator to reduce the weight manually. so that finished pillow can meet the target weight with small tolerance.
•The main machine structure is produced by computerized laser cutting machine that is durable and stable.
•Main electrical key parts are adopted by the most famous world brand such like Siemens, Omron and Schneider.
•Anti-deviation conveyer system.
•Bridge shaped magnet and metal alarm system
•High opening rate by v-wire for rollers, so that the material can be opened for more than 98% without hurt the silicon.
•Professional dynamic balance process so that the machine is working without noise and shaking.
