1. How to control the products quality?
A: We have always placed great emphasis on quality. And we have a series of system in which we can guarantee the quality. We have five steps during the process including material, sewing, half-finished products, finished, packing, and en-trucking.Each step we have a QC to control the quality. As for the unqualified products, we will fix them until they are qualified. We can guarantee we can offer high quality products and best service for you.

2. Could you please make OEM for us?
A: Surely, yes. We provide the service of putting your logo on the products or puttting your company name on the outer cartons.

3. Where is your company? Is it possible to visit your factory?
Our company is located in Tongcheng, Anhui, China. We are glad to meet your visiting, as some of our clients would come here for business.

4. What's your leadtime?
A: Our leadtime is usually from 25 to 45 days. It depends on the quantity of the order and the specifical materials of the products. As we all know, the time to produce small order and big order is quite different. And different kinds of raw materials also require time to prepare, especially for customised products. Besides above, leadtime also depends on the production volume of our factory . In peak-season, the best way is to contact us to confirm it.

5. What's your payment method supported?
A: We accept T/T, L/C, Paypal Western Union etc. But Paypal and Western Union require 5% commission charge.
