1. Can you provide free sample?
A: We can provide existing samples for free, but freight will be charged on your side. For customized sample, we will charge sample fee. We will refund the sample fee after placing your order.
 

2. What's your MOQ?
A: For stock items, 50 pieces are acceptable, for customized items, depending on actual condition.
 

3. What is your delivery time?
A: Generally 3-7 days after payment for stock. 20-40 days after payment for customized order, and detailed delivery time depends on the products & quantity.
 

4. What’s the payment term.
A: Payment by western union or Alibaba escrow, T/T 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance before shipment. We also accept B/L or Trade Assurance through Alibaba.
