A3:Some samples is free,but the express is on buyer's account.Customized sample or big quantity sample without free charge.
Q4:What is the normal lead time?
A4:25days arround to delivery the order.Which see the details order color,quantity,shape.
Q5:How do you control the quality?
A5:We will make the sample before mass production.We will begin mass production once you confirm the samples.
Doing 100% self-inspection during production.Then do random inspection before packing.
Q6:If any quality problem,how can you settle it for us?
A6:Please take the pictures from original cartons or send us samples when you find any unacceptable defective products.
We will advise you to certify the claim by third party or we can accept the claim from your samples or pictures you present.
