A: Yes, we provide date drawings and make the new design according to your need.
Q: Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Normally our MOQ is 10,000 pcs, for some common color or stock products, the MOQ can be 5000pcs.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: Sample needs 2-3 days prepared, mass production time need 25 days normally.
Q: Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed sample are acceptable.
Q: How to proceed the order if I have logo to print?
A: Firstly, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce some real samples for second confirmation. If sample are ok, finally we will go to mass production.
Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
A: We usually ship by FOB by sea or shipment. The delivery time according to your quantity.
Can i get a sample?
Yes, on some stock items, we can send immediately. As for shipping term, if you are new customer for our company, you need to provide us FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS account number for freight collect. If you are old customer, we can send free samples exclude the certain items. If you want special decoration or painting at package bottles, we can fast making samples in 7 days based a reasonable samples charges.
