Description:
This product is designed for cosmetic lipsticks, and is apply to produce lipsticks, lip balms.
1. This machine is a general type of automatic mold release machine, conventional aluminum mold, silicone lipstick mold, inclined aluminum mold can be used.
2. Using PLC interface operation, can be directly set on the screen:taking off the top mode —— tube binder —— insert tube —— demoulding and other parameters.
3. This machine need to match the corresponding size of the lipstick tube matching use,

5. Light volume does not take up space, air pressure release, simple maintenance, easy to clean.
Quick Details:
This machine is mainly used to demould lipsticks, which can quickly demould and save the labor cost, otherwise, it can greatly improve the productiviity of lipsticks, and it's production capacity is 2 - 3 mode per minute.
Moreover, there are two types demoulding ways, if you want to customize different shape of lipsticks, you would better choose the silicone mold, on the contrary, if you just produce the regular lipsticks, you can choose the aluminum mold.
