Uses Directions:
A. Power switch: turn on or off the power of the machine.
B. Drum temperature control switch: turn on or off the power of drum heating circuit.
C. 24-hour relay: it can be set to energize the machine at a certain time and disconnect it at a certain time. For example, it can be automatically heated one hour in advance before going to work in the morning.
D. Discharge port temperature control switch: turn on or off the power supply of the discharge port heating circuit.
E. Stirring motor speed control: control the stirring speed and switch of the stirring motor.
F. Message display: PV (red) shows the system measured value that is the actual temperature, SV (green) shows the system set value that is the set temperature.
G. OUT indicator: input indicator that heating indicator; AT indicator: PID automatic algorithm indicator; ALM1 indicator: Alarm 1 indicator; ALM2 indicator: Alarm 2 indicator
H. SET key: setting, mode key, press this key can enter or exit the temperature and other parameters of the setting; ▼ key: reduce key; ▲ key: increase key; ← key: cursor movement key, press this key to move the number of digits need to modify the value.
I. Time relay: control the filling time.
Uses Precautions:
A. Please make sure the materials are melted before turning on the stirring motor.
B. To avoid burns, please keep your hands away from the heated mixing drum.
C. After using it, please clean it to prevent future unstable and infinite amount failures.
D. To avoid spilling the raw materials during heating and mixing, please add no more than 70% of the barrel's volume while adding raw materials.
E. When stirring raw components too quickly, bubbles may form.
