Semi - Automatic Cosmetic Lip Balm Filling Machine With 12 Nozzles
This machine applies to fill cosmetics, such as mascara,generic lipstick, pen type
lipstick, large plastic pen , small pen, fine shape lipstick, foundation stick, lip balm,
lip gloss etc. The materials which including glitter powder and pearl us available to
fill as well.
♦ 20L heating tank adopts dual jacket layer design, and design the tank for
mascara with pressuring system, temp& mixing speed is adjustable.
♦ Fill 12pcs one time by 12 nozzles.
♦ Piston filling system is driven by servo motor and numerical control. Spindle is
driven by cylinder.
♦ Stirring device is driven by motor.
♦ Mould lifting function is driven by step motor and numerical control.
♦ Colors man-machine touch panel interface and omnibearing numerical
