What's Peripheral Heating Rolls??

This is a new type of steam heating structure corrugated roller, which includes a hollow cylinder and a shaft head fixed and sealed at both ends of the cylinder. The middle of the end face of the shaft head is equipped with a through hole, which is connected to the internal space of the cylinder.

A certain number of steam pipe holes are evenly arranged on the end face of the cylinder body. The steam pipe hole is equipped with a steam pipe. The two ends of the steam pipe are connected with a steam pipe installation plate, which is fixedly connected to the end face of the cylinder.

The peripheral heating system and drilled corrugated roller developed by Zhejiang Yonghui have been successfully installed in many corrugated paperboard manufacturers, especially in important areas that require high-speed and efficient production.

Innovate the traditional steam heating corrugated roller technology by changing the original central single tube heating to multi hot spot heating on the inner surface of the corrugated roller, and increase the operating speed of the corrugated roller from 150-160 m/min to 200-400 m/min. Moreover, the deformation of the corrugated roller is small, and the service life is increased by more than 20%. It is highly efficient, economical, and practical, saving a large amount of production costs.

Exclusive Composite Heat Treatment Process

1. We are the only manufacturer in the domestic industry that adopts composite heat treatment methods;

2. The cylinder is subjected to a series of composite treatments of nitriding, quenching, tempering, and cryogenic treatment. Nitriding and quenching penetrate nitrogen atoms into the interior of the steel to form stable nitrides with metal atoms, and the cryogenic treatment is carried out at a low temperature of -190°C. , reducing the deformation of the cylinder;

3. Enhance the stability of steel and improve its surface hardness, wear resistance, toughness and corrosion resistance;

4. The surface hardness of the corrugating roller can reach above HRC60, effectively extending the service life of the corrugating roller;

5. Provide a hardness basis for multiple refurbishment of corrugated rollers, allowing the corrugating rollers to be refurbished up to 3-4 times;

6. The stability of the material is the guarantee of the high-speed operation of the corrugating roller, and the speed of the corrugating roller can reach 350m/min.
