5. The oil supply system of each unit adopts spray gear oil supply and manual centralized oil supply system. (ensure minimum mechanical wear)

6. The gear oil tanks of each unit are connected by oil leveler, so that the oil storage capacity of each mechanical oil tank is the same, and the overall observation is made through the display table.

7. The vacuum adsorption front edge feeding system is equipped with double paper reels (the lower axis is embossed technology, which increases the friction, the upper shaft is the scraping process, and the grid design improves the compression resistance of the paperboard) to ensure the paper feeding accuracy and reduce the error. 14. The adjustment of working clearance of the whole machine adopts spanner free quick adjustment, which is fast and convenient, and has a disc observation table.

15. The host adopts frequency conversion control and automatic protection function (stop working in case of emergency), which makes the starting and running more safe, stable and energy-saving.

16. Pneumatic plate lifting device (manual and pneumatic switch can be switched independently) to prevent ink drying during shutdown.

17. Independent drying system can effectively solve the problems of deinking and full plate printing.

humanized.The moving motor with constant torsional moment which can buffer the impact of the

two units when the operation is wrong.

After all the units closed, each part is pneumatic locked. There is also lead locked cylinder which

can make each part locked with bottom-track lock. If the cylinder is not locked, the main motor

will not work.

Lead-edge adopts suction feeding system, air volume can be adjusted, main motor is controlled

by frequency conversion.
