Description:
The thin blade slitter scorer machine is an important component in corrugated production line, is is used for cutting corrugated board and make creasing. It is practical and easy to operate. Generally, the feeding width is 1600mm, 1800mm, 2200mm, but we can customize for you. We have model 4 slitter 6 scorer, and model 5 slitter 8 scorer. The blade and scorer are electric adjusted, so it is used very conveniently.
Machine characteristics:
1. Both of slitter and scorer are electric adjusted, also the blade is pneumatic lifting.
2.The slitter scorer machine has the function of electric left-right retification to cooperate the position of the paper sheet.
3.The blade is tungsten carbide, sharp and durable, it can be used over 800 millions meters, also it has the function of auto sharpening.
4.The scoring part adopts 5 points scoring, scoring distance in phase adjust, blazonary and easy to bend the carton sheet.
5.The thin blade slitter scorer use the synchronous belt transmission, so the machine is low noise and easy to operate smoothly.
6.The space of slitting and scoring are both electrically adjusted, automatic locking,fast order changing . The blade is pneumatic lifting.
7.Double smooth shaft guide way, stable operation; inlay O-ring seal, clean and dust-proof.
