Automatic Feeder Type Corrugated Box Rotary Die Cutting Making Machine
Introduction
This Rotatory Die-cutting Machine is driven by automatic feeder.It is used for die-cutting corrugated paperboard and different kind atypic packages. The advantage of the machine is high efficiency, power save, good safety and so on. This machine uses PU roller cover which is imported from Taiwan, the usage life is more than 10million times. It has the function of automatically line-speed compensation, this function makes the die-cutting size of the paperboard is exactly right even when the roller cover is attrited. The renovate structure 3times prolongs the life of the roller cover. The feeding system use chain transport. The operation and usage is very easy.
Feature
1. Adopt the automatic and international paper feeding system,precise,high speed,the using time is 10000 sheets/h,precision is ±0.5mm.
2. It is adjustable to satisfy the paper feeding air volume.The head board is manual adjustment,the side board is electrical adjustment.
3. It is accurately to improve the paper feeding by the delivered roller with the grooved surface. The operated panel is electrical adjustment,digital facility,precise and convenient.
4. The die roller is made from high quality steel,balancing correction and hard chrome plating,the thickness is 30mm.The wallboard is made from quality cast iron in large processing center production,the thickness is 50mm.The automatic grinding mechanism of soft rolls improve the usage of glue sheath and grind 3 or 4 times.
5. It’s convenient to set up the polyurethane soft rubber cutting set,can die cut 10 million times.
6. It’ll be moved left or right about 40mm with the mechanical type soft roller and the glue cushion is even wear.
7. It will prolong the using time with 6 levels grinding gears,low noise.
8. The die roller adopts cylinder type with automatic separation device,reducing the abrasion of the glue cushion.
9. It’s convenient to operate with the touch screen which is man-machine conversation.
10. The main engine adjusts the speed with frequency control,improving steady.The control system of the machine is made of light,electricity and gas.
11. The max. die cutting size is 1750*1300mm.
12. The min. die cutting size is 320*500mm.
13. Motor power is 7.5kw,draught fan power is 7.5kw,weight is 5.5T.
