The nail box machine is one of the post processing equipment of the carton. 1. The semi automatic nail box locomotive can reach four hundred nails per minute, and the paper carrier automatically rises to maintain the height of the paper to the personnel, and automatically drops after the paper table is delivered. The electronic control system is controlled by PLC PLC, and the control system is stable and easy to maintain. There are single nail, double nail and reinforcing nail for the selection of nail, easy installation without special basic work, one minute quick size double change, automatic counting of paper feeding section and bundling of bundles.
2. The technology of carton packaging machinery is constantly developing, and the requirements for the corrugated production line are getting higher and higher, such as the printed pattern, the density of the nail box machine. Therefore, the automatic / semi automatic nail box machine is also more applied in the carton factory. Compared with the manual nail box machine, the automatic / semi-automatic nail box machine is not only efficient in production, but also keeps the nail box evenly spaced and beautiful. The main difference between the automatic nail box machine and the semi-automatic nail box machine lies in the automation of paper feeding. The delivery paper of the automatic nail box machine is folded by the paper feeding device and sent to the nail box for the nail box; and the semi automatic pin box machine is folded and sent by the artificial cardboard.

7. Front paper feeding part is automatic counting, settled with photoelectric sensor, can lift up automatically when feed paper.
8. Last section has automatic counting function, finished cartons can be piled as per the pre-set qty (1~99) and convey out for easy packing.
9. Will warn automatically when the brass wires finished.
