Corrugated Board Production Line Overiew:
This line is consisted of 3-single machine, including a web frame, a set of machine for making one side corrugated cardboard and a set of cutting machine with rotary cutter, Utlizing webs as raw paper , and potato starch as abhesive, it can continully turn out one side corrugated paperboard and automatically cut to size.

Corrugated Board Production Line Mill Roll Stand

• Raw paper lifting is driven by hydraulic pressure, which can replace the raw paper of two arms at the same time.

• Base paper clamping, loosening, horizontal translation and other operations are driven by hydraulic pressure.

• Using internal tooth chuck.

• It adopts 6-point disc type pneumatic brake, which is sensitive in action, uniform and stable in output, long in life and easy to replace.

• The cylinder push plate is used to assist in pushing and unloading the remaining paper rolls, reducing labor intensity and improving productivity.

• A hydraulic motor is used as stepless speed regulation to drive the paper loading trolley, and the double-slot conveying ground rail makes the operation more stable and convenient.

• The positioning and centering of the hydraulic flap is used to ensure that the paper roll is consistent with the center line of the base paper holder, and to avoid damage to the core of the paper roll by the base paper chuck.

• The preheating cylinder adopts the deceleration motor to rotate at a fixed speed, which is not easy to break the paper.

• Electric adjustment of the preheating area can obtain the best preheating effect.

• The preheating cylinder conforms to the national pressure vessel manufacturing standard, and the pressure vessel inspection certificate is attached.

• Cardboard transmit adopt vacuum suction method, with wind control system. keep flute profiles stable of the lower-roller in the condition of running up.

• Bearing of corrugated and pressure roller adopt high temperature lubricate grease.

• Glue parts auto supply glue circularly.

• The upper-lower corrugating roller are made of 52CrMo high quality alloy steel, after heat-treatment. The hardness

• HRC58o-60o,the surface be grinded.

• The glue part surface are treated by special mesh snicked and chromeplated.

• Motorized or manual glue width dividing to match the paper width.

• Glue part can be running independently or non-independently while stopped. Adopt main motor frequency conversion control.
